This Privacy Policy explains how MonetizeDesign LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use NabuInbox.

1. Information we collect

We collect account data, authentication records, API token metadata, inbox item content, source metadata, priority and status fields, notes, assignment and triage activity, connected-service identifiers, cookies, and operational logs such as IP address, user agent, request path, and response status.

2. How information is used

We use information to collect, normalize, prioritize, route, and archive product signals; authenticate users; secure accounts and APIs; troubleshoot issues; prevent abuse; improve product quality; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-party processors

We may share the minimum needed information with processors such as hosting, database, email, analytics, error monitoring, file upload, authentication, payment, and connected signal providers. We do not sell personal information.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain account data and inbox content while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, audit, legal, and support purposes. You may request deletion, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

5. Security

NabuInbox uses commercially reasonable safeguards including TLS, hashed passwords, scoped API tokens, session protections, owner-scoped records, and restricted production credentials. No system is perfectly secure.
