Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of NabuInbox, including the website, authenticated workspace, APIs, signal ingestion, triage workflows, notes, and related services operated by MonetizeDesign LLC. By using NabuInbox, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

NabuInbox helps teams collect, normalize, prioritize, route, and archive important product and business signals from APIs, connected services, and manual entry. It is a triage workflow tool, not a replacement for professional legal, compliance, security, or financial advice.

2. Accounts and API tokens

You are responsible for keeping login credentials and API tokens secure. Actions taken through your account or tokens are treated as your actions. We may revoke tokens, suspend access, or terminate accounts that create legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use NabuInbox to violate laws, infringe rights, attack or disrupt the service, access another user's data, transmit malware or spam, impersonate another person, or store content that is unlawful, abusive, sexually exploitative, harassing, or otherwise harmful.

4. Customer content

You own the inbox items, notes, source metadata, status fields, and other content you submit. You grant MonetizeDesign LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve NabuInbox.

5. Connected services

NabuInbox may connect to third-party sources such as project tools, support channels, analytics systems, payment processors, docs products, and email or messaging systems. You are responsible for permissions you grant, and those providers' terms apply to their services.

6. Disclaimers and liability

NabuInbox is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, MonetizeDesign LLC disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
